I am the property manager for the Kenilworth. I can not tell you what an asset Dalia was for our project. She made her presentation to the Board and residents at a general meeting and she sold the project single-handedly!
If we’re not for Dalia and her design team we would not have passed the vote, (75%) and would have been stuck with the design we endured for 37 years!! Dalia’s competition for our hallway project was Interiors by Steven G. She beat him hands down (95%) in the voting. Additionally, many owners have used her talents for their own apartments. Everything from changing a chandelier to a complete redesign and remodeling job.
